HT vs. Bishop Watterson
An exciting game with an excellent atmosphere led to a quality 1-1 tie with Columbus Catholic league opponent Bishop Watterson. Back and forth all night the Rangers were able to break through in the first half with a goal from Connor Howell off and beautiful assist from Ridge Pickens. The next 20 minutes of the first half, HT was able to create a myriad of opportunities but couldn't find the back of the net. Watterson came out in the second half with a renewed sense of urgency and put one away 10 minutes in. A bend but don't break mentality and some cheeky combo play led to a successful defensive effort for the rest of the game and a few more squandered opportunities. A good result nonetheless! We face another CCL opponent on Thursday as we travel to take on the Hawks of Bishop Hartley.
