Mrs. Watkins is the well-deserving Support Staff Star for the month of March at HIS. Mrs. Watkins continues to run a smooth and efficient clinic in our building. She sees students for daily meds, blood sugar checks, bumps and bruises, and chronic illnesses. Mrs. Watkins treats each child’s needs individually and always makes them feel comfortable and cared for in the clinic. She also does an excellent job with parent communication. Mrs. Watkins reaches out to parents regularly and works with them to meet the needs of our students. Finally, Mrs. Watkins is always willing to lend a hand to any staff person or situation. She steps in at a moment’s notice and is flexible with her schedule to support the needs of the building. These are just a few of the reasons why Mrs. Watkins deserves to be the Support Staff Star of the month at HIS!
