Operations Update: Friday, March 27, 2020
Beginning this Monday, we will start distributing online learning opportunities for students so they can continue their education as we remain out of our school buildings.
Our Kindergarten & 1st grade students will have lessons and resources available on the Hamilton Elementary School website.
Students in grades 2 – 12 will have material available daily in Google Classroom.
We will be posting login information for online lessons on our district website over the weekend. This includes login information for Google Classrooms (Grades 2-6), and our online lessons for our K-1 students as well.
Our website and google classroom tools are accessible through, both, computer and smart phone. If you don’t have either of these available in your home, which will allow your children to access this material, please call their school main office at 614-491-8044, and leave a message with the building secretary. They will work to help you receive assignments.
Since they are working remotely, their call back number could be different than our district’s main number. So, make certain you answer the phone or check your voice mail for return calls from our staff.
For those who receive meals in our “Grab and Go” program, we are changing our distribution to Mondays only starting this week. When you stop by to pick up your items, your child will receive meals to cover each weekday.
We appreciate everyone being fluid and flexible throughout this process. We don't want you to panic about any of this because we are here to help you and your student. All you have to do is call us at 614-491-8044.
